Payments are securely processed by Stripe. Standard Stripe rates apply to each transaction. When tips are enabled, your nonprofit never pays these — they're covered by guest tips or by Patronly.

At checkout, guests see an optional tip that supports Patronly — clearly labeled, easy to adjust, and easy to decline. It's never taken from your nonprofit's funds.
Whether or not a guest tips, your nonprofit receives the full intended donation. If a guest declines to cover a processing fee, Patronly covers it.
